How many hours is a first session?

The general recommendation is 2 hours as a minimum but the amount of hours is up to you. You should let your instinct guide you in choosing the amount of hours that suit you best.

Why are sessions booked as 2 hour minimums?

This is our recommendation because your body takes about an hour to fully sink up to the energy, therefore 70% of the benefit will come in that second hour. We make special exceptions to this for special needs people and children.  

Are 4 – 2 hours sessions the same as doing a single 8 hour session?

No. You’ll spend more time fully synced up to the energy during the longer sessions due to the time it takes the body to sync up to the energy as explained in the previous question.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are available by the hour. Clients can book the number of hours based on their needs and desired results. Many users find it beneficial to start with a two hour session and increase the duration for future bookings. Clients are welcome to choose any session length during the day or opt for our 11 hour overnight sessions. It is important to listen to your body and not push yourself beyond your comfort level.

How often would you suggest I have a session for maximum benefit?

The frequency of visits that would provide the greatest benefit can vary  depending on your individual needs and health status. For those with existing health conditions, daily or weekly sessions may be recommended. Healthy individuals seeking a boost in vitality may find monthly visits beneficial, though the optimal schedule can differ. Ultimately, we want to ensure you receive the highest quality of care tailored to your specific health goals. Please feel free to call us so we can discuss the approach best suited to your needs.

What can I do to extend and support the benefits of my session?

EES medallions or bracelets are a great way to extend and support the benefits of your session!  

  • Wearing the jewelry helps the body hold on to the EES energy longer.
  • You can use the medallions or bracelets to structure water for drinking.
  • You can use the jewelry in your detox baths to charge the water.

What should I bring to my session?

Pillow(for overnights), blanket, an eye mask, ear plugs, anti-snoring device, water, in a spill-proof container.

How many people will be in the room with me?

The room can accommodate 3 people during the day, and 6 people for overnights. For everyones safety, and the equipment, cameras are located throughout the facility and are always active and monitored.

What are overnight sessions like?

Check-in is at 8:30pm, and check-out is at 7:30am the following morning, for a total of 11 hours. Please arrive promptly at 8:30pm. The first hour and a half is designated for setting up your sleeping area and getting settled. During this time you are welcome to visit with other guests. After 10pm, it is quiet time.  

Our overnight accommodations include a king-sized bed, a twin adjustable bed, and three luxury zero-gravity recliners. The king bed is reserved for couples or friends who don’t mind sharing. While we do our best to meet all requests, the first three bookings have priority for the beds. We provide fitted bottom sheets for the beds, but guests should bring their own pillows, blankets, eye masks and anti snoring devices. Since we recently opened, we typically host around three guests per night. Solo guests will be paired with same-sex roommates, but this policy  does not apply for group bookings.

Can I bring a pet with me?

Absolutely! Pets love the EESystem too, but we have special hours and requirements for our furry friends. Please reach out to us for more details.

Where can I find more about EESystems?

Why would I choose a bigger systems with more units?

The inventor of the technology states more units offer the body more energy to process more elegantly. They all work, but the larger units are very, very, smooth. There is less detox to manage with the bigger units and it takes less time in these larger systems.

Do I really need a detox salt bath?

Yes, It is essential to detox for a minimum of 30 minutes after an EES session with a detox bath. It should be considered the final step to the session. Our bodies have absorbed up an incredible amount of toxins that  have been built up and stored in our cells over the years due to exposure to heavy metals, environmental pollutants and radiation. 

After an EES session our recharged cells will expel these toxins into our bloodstream. The detox bath is designed to release these toxin from the bloodstream. The salt in the bath helps form a chelate that pulls those harmful substances out of your body. Without this important step, those toxins and metals may remain trapped in your body, putting strain on your liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system. It is ideal to do the detox bath the same day as your service. A detox bath is crucial to fully benefit from the EESystem and alleviate any unpleasant side effects like headaches, sluggishness, stress, and dehydration, learn more here.  

What is the best method to detox and are there alternatives?

For optimal detoxification, we recommend the detox salt bath taken in a bathtub that fully immerses your body. As a convenience for our customers, we sell the premixed detox ingredients at our center. These salts are both beneficial and necessary for extracting toxins from the body. Why am I not feeling or seeing any changes?

Western medicine has conditioned us to expect immediate relief by treating symptoms with medication rather than addressing underlying causes. The body has its own innate infinite intelligence that takes the energy it receives from the EESystem and puts it towards the bodies best and highest purpose, which may be something that we are not even yet aware of. It will prioritize and work through its cascade of imbalances as it sees fit. Most of us did not just wake up one day with extreme of dis-ease. It can take time, patience and endurance to help our bodies to reverse it. In short, it’s going to use the energy for it’s own priority list first. Sometimes that doesn’t align with our priorities but we know there is always benefit. This has been proven by live blood analysis that there is 100% improvement in the blood of 100% of the people.  

Furthermore, to get the most benefit from the EESystem, we must support our bodies properly. This includes consistently taking the detox baths, increasing hydration, taking minerals daily, cleaning up our diet, reducing stress levels, and removing environmental toxins. Why has my progress plateaued?

I feel like I’m doing everything right.  A person’s healing journey is both physical and emotional. This is referred to as the mind-body connection. The emotional aspects are often overlooked, as physical issues tend to feel more pressing. What many fail to understand is that emotions can become stored within the body, frequently manifesting as physical symptoms. In such cases, the trauma is the root cause of the physical issues. Our painful emotions, fears and traumas have a way of energetically becoming stuck in our bodies. We may experience this stagnant energy, years after the  original trauma took place.  

Sometimes, when progress stalls, it’s because the physical improvements have  outpaced the emotional healing. The body’s innate intelligence then waits for you  to address those underlying emotional blockages, restoring balance before further physical progress can occur. 

The EES can be an intentions amplifier. By using the perfect coherent energy in the room, you can often release inner blockages on your own. Start by setting an intention to let go of what no longer serves you. Then, try deep breathing exercises to cultivate the positive feeling of being free from that burden. Allow that positive emotion to expand, and hold onto that energy for as long as possible.  

There are also a multitude of mind-body therapies that can help release factors impeding someone’s physical healing.

Why can’t you offer this energy for free?

There are so many people in need. As much as we’d love to give it away for free to the whole world, simple put, for you to feel like you’re getting something out of it, you must put something into it. To derive meaningful value from an experience, you must invest time, effort, or resources into it. This principle of reciprocity is fundamental to our psychological well-being, as our brains are wired to respond positively to the investment we make. Conversely, if nothing is invested, our psyche registers the activity as holding little worth.

Can woman who are breast feeding do EES?

Yes, but much caution should be taken to not give the breast milk to the baby for 24 hours after the session so the toxins are not transferred to the infant. The mother should do the detox bath and do some additional binders to remove toxins quickly.

How do phones/electronics effect the field?

All electro magnetic fields(EMF) are neutralized. A cell phone will stay at lower levels of emission even after you leave the room for a matter of days. So having someone’s phone on airplane mode in the room to get the charge of scalar waves is beneficial. Anyone that MUST be able to be reached, should have their phone on silent and the phone placed on a soft surface as to not make any noise from the vibration. Distractions like reading and scrolling can divert the majority of their body’s ability to heal away from that task.

Eyes open or closed or sleeping?

Your eyes being open does absolutely nothing to the energy efficacy the system has on your atoms and cells etc. You are still getting the energy as strongly as the person next to you sleeping. Even after you leave, your cells are charged up and will continue to have all sorts of biological upgrades and self healing when you go to sleep that night and during the rest of the week. 

However… how the body’s able to utilize the charge will vary, depending on what type of state they’re in. When your eyes are open 80% of your nervous system’s energy is going to sensory perception of your environment. When your eyes are closed your body can spend all that energy on healing and repairing. 

The body can enter even deeper states of restoration and healing when the brain produces theta and delta brainwaves. Theta waves occur during deep relaxation, meditation, and the light stages of sleep, while delta waves are present in deep sleep. For this reason, we always recommend that everyone tries to sleep as this is when the body experiences the greatest states of healing and deep regeneration. 

That being said the field of energy is still working cellularly and charges you up, regardless of whether your eyes are open or closed or if you’re sleeping. So any session is WAY better than no session and it’s never a waste of time or money.
