During Your Session

Drink plenty of water: Our bodies are made up of about 70% water, and hydration plays a critical role in ensuring energy flows freely throughout the body. Proper hydration allows the EESystem to work more efficiently, enhancing its benefits. Well-hydrated cells are better able to absorb energy and detoxify, maximizing the overall experience.

Dehydration, on the other hand, can disrupt energy flow by slowing circulation and impairing cellular function. Studies have shown that the EESystem helps thin the blood, improving detoxification, but this process can be hindered if the body is dehydrated. To fully experience the system’s benefits, proper hydration is essential. 

Equipment: It is prohibited to touch any of the EES equipment including the screens, monitors and plugs. Please exercise extreme caution while moving near them. They are laser aligned to 100th of an inch.

Electrical Outlets: Please refrain from using or touching any of the electrical outlets or power strips in the room. There are USB ports on the recliners and nightstands. The nightstands also have power outlets available for your convenience. 

Electronics: Cell phones must be kept on silent, and their use should be limited to streaming music through earbuds or headphones. No computers or tablets.

Security: For the safety of our equipment, members, as well as staff, cameras are located throughout the facility and are always active and monitored. Staff will periodically enter the room to check on guests.

Quiet Environment: Every effort should be made to keep noise and movement to a minimum during all sessions. Please remove your shoes and wear sock allowing for stealthy movement within the room.

Close your eyes: The energy from the EESystem works just as effectively whether your eyes are open or closed. Even if you’re awake, your cells are still being charged and will continue to heal and upgrade throughout the day and night. However, the body’s ability to utilize that energy can vary depending on your state. When your eyes are open, 80% of your nervous system’s energy is focused on sensory perception, whereas with your eyes closed, more energy is directed toward healing and repair.

Try to nap: The body enters deeper healing states during theta and delta brainwaves—found in deep relaxation, meditation, and sleep. This is why we recommend resting or sleeping during your session, as it allows for the most profound healing. That said, the energy field is still working regardless of whether you’re awake or asleep—any session is beneficial and never a waste of time or money.

Mindset: Come with an open heart and positive mind, ready to unplug, relax, and support your body’s natural healing ability. The first 10 minutes of each session should be spent by putting your mind in a receptive energetic state to receive optimal results. Set healing intentions by closing your eyes and focusing on what you wish to attract, not on what you no longer want.

Elimination: You may experience more frequent urination and bowel movements.

Overnight sessions: We understand that 11 hours of sleep may not be realistic for most guests. However, we encourage you to keep your eyes closed and rest as much as possible during your stay. While we normally prohibit the use of screens, we make an exception for overnight guests, allowing the quiet use of e-readers, tablets, and phones in silent mode, so you can comfortably remain in the room.

  • The hour from 8:30pm to 10pm, is designated for setting up your sleeping area and getting settled in. During this initial hour, you are welcome to visit with other guests. After 10pm, it is quiet time. You are welcome to leave early. Credit will not be given for hours you choose not to utilize.
