Aftercare: How To Get The Most Out Of Your EESession

A complete energy session consists of three parts: receiving the energy, detoxing, and remineralizing the body.

For optimal detox and to fully benefit from your session, it’s important to support your body through five key steps: proper hydration, a detox bath, replenishing electrolytes, maintaining regular bowel movements, and promoting lymphatic drainage. Remember, the more you invest in these practices, the better the results you’ll see, as they work in harmony with the energy session to enhance your detoxification and overall wellness.

Carefully review and follow these important steps in order to maximize the success and value you receive each time.

1.  Hydration: Drink a glass of water immediately after your session. Additional hydration all day, every day, is key to your health and to detoxification. You want to keep your blood very fluid in order to remove the toxins and allow the energy to flow properly. Abstain from alcohol for 24 hours.

2.  Detox Bath*: During your session, your body will initiate a powerful detox process. To help eliminate the released toxins, it’s important to take a detox bath at home on the same day as your session. The skin, being the body’s largest organ of elimination, plays a key role, while the bath also eases stress on the kidneys and liver. Without supporting this process, toxins may be reabsorbed into the body.

*The full-body bath is the best option, but if you don’t have access to a bathtub or have mobility limitations, an infrared sauna is a suitable alternative. At our center, we also offer IonCleanse foot baths as a third option.

If none of these are possible, you can do a foot bath, at your home, on three consecutive days, though this is the least effective method. Use half the recommended amount of ingredients and soak your feet in a tall container, such as a bucket or wastebasket, to submerge more of your legs.

Additionally, incorporating a sea salt scrub in the shower would provide extra benefits.

Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of baking soda
    • 2 cups of Himalayan, Kosher or Sea salt (NOT iodized salt or Epsom salts)
    • 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax*(removes the radiation)

*Borax is a naturally mined mineral compound made of Sodium, Oxygen and Boron. If you’re curious as to why it’s currently only sold as a laundry booster, look up “The Borax Conspiracy”.

Optional additions:

    • 2 TBSP: Hypercharged EESalt(available from the EESystem.com website)
    • 1 cup of organic apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 Cup of Bentonite Clay Powder
    • 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide, 3% strength
    • 1 cup of unflavored vodka (helps open pores in skin)

Instruction:

      1. Begin to fill the tub with the hottest water that is comfortable.
      2. As the tub is filling up, add the ingredients.
      3. Manually stir the water until the ingredients dissolve.
      4. Soak for a minimum of 30 minutes, longer is more beneficial.
      5. If your bathtub is too small to fully submerge your body, soak a towel in the hot water and drape it across your chest.
      6. Scrub while in the bath. This helps open up the pores to release more toxins.
      7. Have a glass of cold water at your disposal and drink as you feel the need while soaking.

Take a detox bath after EVERY session. Continue to do this weekly or more frequently to continue expelling toxins and radiation from your body.

3.  Replace minerals: Minerals are vital for a wide range of bodily functions, and certain minerals—such as sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium—serve as electrolytes. Electrolytes are minerals that carry an electrical charge when dissolved in water, enabling the conduction of electrical impulses that are essential for optimizing energy flow throughout the body. These charged particles support the body’s ability to absorb and utilize the energy provided by the EESystem, enhancing its effectiveness.

While salt baths can help detoxify the body, they may also cause the loss of essential minerals. It’s important to replenish key minerals like magnesium, potassium, and trace elements after a bath. Failing to do so may leave you feeling unbalanced or fatigued.

Tips:

      • DIY Hydrating Electrolyte Drink:  Ditch the sugary sports drinks and instead make this mineral rich refresher. Combine 8-12 ounces of filtered water with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice(to balance PH), a pinch of potassium citrate powder, and a big pinch of Redmond or Celtic salt(rich in trace minerals).
      • Magnesium: Apply 8-10 sprays of magnesium oil or lotion to your joints or the soles of your feet right after the bath or before bedtime. This is the optimal way to absorb magnesium. If taking an oral magnesium supplement, look for one that contains all 7 forms of magnesium to ensure proper absorption and utilization by the body
      • Potassium: Good dietary sources include organic, unsweetened coconut water, avocados, sweet potatoes, dark leafy greens, and tomatoes(If you have kidney disease or lowered kidney function, your healthcare provider may recommend limiting potassium).

4.  Regular bowel movements – are essential for maintaining overall health, with the goal being one per day, at a minimum. Proper elimination helps the body expel toxins effectively, supporting the detox process. If bowel issues are unresolved, the body may struggle to rid itself of waste, leading to a more intense and potentially uncomfortable detox experience. If you’re having trouble with regular bowel movements, please contact us—we have simple methods to help resolve the issue.

5.  Lymphatic drainage – is vital for detoxification, as it helps remove waste, toxins, and excess fluids from the body. It filters these waste products through lymph nodes and transports them for excretion via the digestive or urinary systems. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system has no pump, relying on movement and hydration to keep it flowing. Supporting lymphatic health through hydration, and methods like using a vibration plate, rebounding on a trampoline, taking a brisk walk, or dry brushing your skin.
