What To Expect In Our EESystem
- Location: The 36 unit EESystem is temporarily set up in our guest house until the permanent center is completed.
- Set up: The temporary center comprises three rooms. The EES room features three plush, luxury recliners, a king-sized bed, and a twin adjustable bed. The recliners are used for daytime sessions, while the beds accommodate overnight stays. The treatment room is where we provide infrared sauna sessions, red light therapy, BioWell scans, and ionic foot baths. An attached restroom with two sinks and a private toilet stall completes the facility.
- Communal Environment: BioRecharge Collaborative is a shared, communal area that will be used by other guests during your stay.
- Quiet Environment: Every effort should be made to keep noise and movement to a bare minimum during all sessions. Please no crinkly bags, paper, or water bottles.
- No Screens policy: Although electronics do not affect the energy negatively, this policy is designed to create a healing environment. When your eyes are open, 80% of your nervous system’s energy flows to the sensory perception of your environment. When your eyes are closed your body then can utilize all that energy on healing and repairing.
- What to Do: Nap, meditate, or rest, with your eyes closed. Sleeping is encouraged as this is the time that the body goes into repair mode.
- Elimination: You may experience more frequent urination and bowel movements.
Preparing for your EESystem session
Please let us know if you have lowered liver function, incontinence issues, or you are breast feeding.
We want you to get the most value from each session, so we have a few tips!
- Hydration: In the 24 hours before your session, maximize your hydration and detoxification by drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day (e.g. a body weighing 100 lbs. would require 50 oz.), preferably lemon water. Abstain from alcohol during this period.
- Dress for comfort: Dressing in layers is suggested. The body’s relaxation response causes blood to shift from the periphery to our internal organs, resulting in a slight feeling of chilliness; socks for stealthy movements within the room. Come dressed appropriately for your visit so that you can jump straight into the energy room.
- Eat a small meal before: The rest and repair part of our nervous system also controls digestion. To optimize your energy enhancement effects, it is best to be comfortably full, so as to not expend energy on digestion. No food is permitted inside the EES room.
- No strong odors: To ensure a comfortable environment for all participants, please avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or other fragrances on the day of your session. Additionally, refrain from consuming meals with strong, lingering odors. The small, enclosed setting may cause sensitivity issues for some individuals.
- Detox bath ingredients: Gathering the necessary ingredients ahead of time so you will be ready to take your at home detox bath after your session.
- 2 cups Himalayan or sea salt, PLUS
- 2 cups baking soda, PLUS
- 1 cup borax (20 Mule Team Borax can be found in the laundry aisle at Walmart)
We also offer these ingredients in single-use, pre-mixed bags for $10 at our center, for your convenience.
What to Bring
- Spill-proof containers – To prevent accidental damage to the computers, only water in spill-proof containers is permitted.
- Blanket and/or pillow: You are welcome to bring your own. We do not provide these items.
- Sleep Mask and Ear Plugs: Many people find it beneficial to wear these to enhance sleep. The monitors emit considerable light so a sleep mask is strongly suggested.
- Headphones or earbuds: If you would like to stream music.
- Anti-Snoring device: If this pertains to you, we kindly recommend using an anti snoring device to help minimize the issue.
- Mindset: Come with an open heart and positive mind, ready to unplug, relax, and support your body’s natural healing ability. The first 10 minutes of each session should be spent by putting your mind in a receptive energetic state to receive optimal results. Set healing intentions by closing your eyes and focusing on what you wish to attract, not on what you no longer want.
Overnight sessions:
We understand that 11 hours of sleep may not be realistic for most guests. However, we encourage you to keep your eyes closed and rest as much as possible during your stay. While we normally prohibit the use of screens, we make an exception for overnight guests, allowing the quiet use of e-readers, tablets, and phones in silent mode, so you can comfortably remain in the room.
- Hours: From 9 PM – 8 AM the following morning. Please arrive promptly at 9pm. The hour from 9pm to 10pm, is designated for setting up your sleeping area and getting settled in. During this initial hour, you are welcome to visit with other guests. After 10pm, it is quiet time. You are welcome to leave early. Credit will not be given for hours you choose not to utilize.
- Booking: While we do our best to accommodate all requests, the first three bookings have priority for the beds. The king bed is reserved for couples or friends who don’t mind sharing.
- Bedding: We provide a bottom fitted sheet for those guests utilizing one of our beds for an overnight stay. You are welcome to bring any additional bedding you feel will make your stay most comfortable.
