During Your Session

Guidelines to help you have the best possible experience in the EESystem room.

Stay Hydrated

Bring water in a spill-proof container and sip throughout your session.

Respect the Equipment

  • Do not touch the screens, monitors, plugs, or any part of the EESystem equipment—they are laser aligned and extremely sensitive.
  • Avoid touching electrical outlets or power strips.
  • USB ports and outlets are available on recliners and side tables for personal use.

Electronics Policy

  • Phones must be kept on silent and may be used only for streaming music through headphones.
  • No computers or tablets are allowed during sessions.

Security & Staff Monitoring

For your safety and the protection of our equipment, security cameras are active and monitored at all times. Staff will periodically enter the room to check on guests.

Maintain a Quiet Environment

  • Keep noise and movement to a minimum.
  • Remove shoes before entering and wear socks for quiet movement.
  • Please avoid bringing crinkly items such as plastic water bottles or bags, as they can disturb others.

Close Your Eyes & Rest

You don’t need to be asleep to benefit—your cells are still charging and healing whether you’re awake or not.
However, when your eyes are closed, your body directs more energy inward toward healing and repair rather than processing visual input.

Try to Deeply Rest

The body enters deeper healing states during theta and delta brainwave activity, often found in meditation.
We recommend closing your eyes and allowing yourself to relax fully.

Set a Clear Intention

Begin your session with the right mindset. Use the first 10 minutes to quiet your thoughts and focus on what you want to receive.

Visualize what you wish to attract, rather than what you want to avoid. A receptive state amplifies healing.

Elimination is Normal

Increased urination or bowel movements after a session are normal signs that your body is detoxifying.

Overnight Sessions

  • Arrival & Setup: Please arrive by 8:30 PM.
  • Quiet Time: Begins at 10:00 PM.
  • Screens: Quiet use of phones, e-readers, or tablets is permitted overnight (on silent mode).
  • Leaving Early: You’re welcome to leave before 7:30 AM if needed, but no credit is given for unused hours.
