A complete session includes three phases:

Your session continues to work long after you leave. As your body releases and recalibrates, these steps help you feel clear, grounded, and energized.
Hydrate
Continue drinking water throughout the day.
- Aim for ½ your body weight (in ounces) of clean water.
- Add minerals or electrolytes to every glass to replace what’s released.
Hydration keeps circulation moving and helps your body flush cellular waste.
Detox Bath — The Key Step
A detox bath the same day is essential for completing the session.
It helps your body release what’s been loosened during your time in the EES field and prevents reabsorption through the skin.
Recommended Ingredients
- 2 cups sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup borax (optional; supports radiation detox)
- 1 cup magnesium flakes (optional; helps relax muscles and nerves)
Instructions
- Fill your tub with comfortably hot water.
- Add ingredients and stir to dissolve.
- Soak for 20–30 minutes, keeping water nearby for hydration.
- Gently exfoliate your skin to open pores.
- Rinse off with clean water and rest afterward.
Alternatives
- Foot bath: Use ⅓ of the ingredients and soak for 20–30 minutes (tall basin preferred).
