General Terms and Conditions
• Prices are per person.
• These are non-recurring prepackaged sessions.
• Packages are pre-paid upfront.

• Sessions are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule as long as

you let us know by 5:00 PM the day prior.

• Packages expire based on the number of months purchased, starting from your first session. Example: If you buy a 1-month package, it will expire exactly 1 month after your first session.

• Unused sessions do not roll over and will be forfeited. These lost sessions are instead contributed to our Angel Fund, where they are donated to individuals in need who are unable to afford a session.

• Sessions/packages are not sharable, with the exception of the overnight 12 pack.

Overnights

• Shared room just as in days.
• No credits given for not staying the entire 11 hours.
• These sessions/hours are not transferable to daytime sessions.

*Monthly Overnight Packages, in addition to General Terms and Conditions.

• If the month contains 5 weeks, an additional session may be purchased at the
package per session price.

**12 Pack Overnight Sharable, in addition to General Terms and Conditions.
• Expires 3 months from the first session date.
