During Your Session
Relax, recharge, and let your body do the work.
Once you’re settled in the Energy Enhancement System™, your only job is to rest and allow. The more you relax, the deeper your body can receive and recalibrate.
Settle In
When you arrive, you’ll be guided to your recliner or bed and shown where to place your things.
Once comfortable, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and rest.
You don’t need to be asleep to benefit—your cells are still charging and healing whether you’re awake or not.
However, when your eyes are closed, your body directs more energy inward toward healing and repair rather than processing visual input.
Phones & Devices
To maintain a peaceful environment:
- Keep phones on silent (airplane mode preferred).
- Use them only for calming music or meditation with headphones.
- No calls, videos, or typing during your session.
Hydrate Lightly
Sip water periodically during your session. Staying hydrated keeps your circulation moving and supports detox as your body rebalances.
If You’re Staying Overnight
- Arrival: 8:30 PM
- Quiet hours: Begin at 10:00 PM
- Bedding: A fitted sheet is provided; bring any extra pillows or blankets you’d like.
- Departure: 7:30 AM (you may leave earlier if needed).
- King bed: Reserved for couples or friends sharing.
Before You Leave
Move slowly when you get up. Give your body a few minutes to ground, stretch, and hydrate before heading out.
This allows the effects of the session to continue unfolding naturally throughout the day.
Tip
Each session builds upon the last. Consistency helps your body hold the recharge longer between visits, creating a steady foundation for deeper transformation.
