Preparing For Your Session
Please let us know if you have lowered liver function, incontinence issues, or you are breast feeding.
Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your EESystem experience.
24 Hours Before Your Session
Hydration
Proper hydration is essential. Our bodies are about 70% water, and well-hydrated cells absorb and utilize energy more efficiently. Drinking water before, during, and after your session helps maximize detox and enhances the effects of the system.
Dehydration can hinder energy flow, slow circulation, and reduce cellular function. Studies show the EESystem helps thin the blood, but without enough water, this benefit may be diminished.
For Optimal results drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water (e.g., 100 lbs = 50 oz).

- Add sugar-free electrolyte powder to each glass for added minerals
- Avoid alcohol, which dehydrates the body and disrupts energy flow
Magnesium Foot Soak (Highly Recommended)
The EESystem consumes magnesium to support energy flow. A foot soak within 24 hours prior can enhance results and reduce detox symptoms.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate)
- 1 cup magnesium flakes (magnesium chloride)
Or 2 cups of either if using just one type
Instructions:
- Heat water until very hot (not boiling)
- Add salts to a foot basin with ~1 inch of water
- Stir to dissolve
- Soak feet for at least 30 minutes — the longer, the better
Prepare for Your Detox Bath
You’ll need a detox bath the same day as your session to help flush toxins and support your body’s natural detox pathways.
Gather these ingredients in advance so you’re ready when you get home:
- 2 cups Himalayan or sea salt
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup borax (20 Mule Team, found in the laundry aisle)

Day of Your Session
Dress for Comfort
You may feel slightly chilled as your body enters deep rest. Dress in layers and wear socks for quiet movement.
Avoid Heavy Meals
The rest and repair part of our nervous system also controls digestion. Heavy digestion diverts energy away from healing. For best results a light meal is fine if desired.
No food is allowed inside the energy room.
Avoid Strong Odors
To maintain a pleasant, neutral environment for all guests:

- Avoid perfumes, scented lotions, or essential oils
- Refrain from eating odorous foods before arrival
What to Bring
- Spill-proof water container (only water is permitted)
- Blanket and/or pillow (not provided)
- Eye mask & earplugs (for optimal rest)
- Headphones or earbuds (optional for music or meditation)
What NOT to Bring
- Food
- Crinkly items such as plastic water bottles, plastic bags, or magazines
Overnight sessions
- Hours: 8:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Arrival: Please arrive promptly at 8:30 PM
- Beds: First 3 bookings receive priority
- King bed reserved for couples or friends sharing
- Bedding: A fitted sheet is provided for those guests utilizing one of our beds; bring any extra pillows or blankets you’d like for comfort
