Aftercare: How To Get The Most Out Of Your EESession

Maximizing Your Energy Session Results

A complete session includes three phases:

  1. Receiving the energy
  2. Detoxing the body
  3. Remineralizing and rebalancing

To fully benefit, follow these five key post-session practices that enhance detox and support your body’s healing response:

1. Hydrate

  • Continue drinking water throughout the day.
  • Hydration helps flush toxins and supports energy flow.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours post-session.

2. Detox Bath*

A detox bath the same day is essential to eliminate toxins released during your session.

Recommended Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 2 cups sea salt (Himalayan, Kosher, or non-iodized)
  • 1 cup 20 Mule Team Borax*(detoxifies radiation)

*Borax is a naturally mined mineral compound made of Sodium, Oxygen and Boron. If you’re curious as to why it’s currently only sold as a laundry booster, look up “The Borax Conspiracy”.

Instructions:

  • Fill the tub with hot (comfortable) water and add ingredients.
  • Stir and soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Scrub skin during the soak to open pores.

Alternatives:

*The full-body detox bath is the best option, but if that’s not available, an infrared sauna is a suitable alternative. If neither is accessible, a home foot bath done for three consecutive days can still be beneficial—use half the ingredients and soak in a tall container to submerge more of your legs. If you had just a 2-hour session, one foot bath is sufficient. Using the detox salts as a scrub in the shower can also offer added benefits. Additionally, using the detox salts as scrub in the shower would provide extra benefits.

Take a detox bath after EVERY session. Continue to do this weekly or more frequently to continue expelling toxins and radiation from your body.

3. Replenish Minerals: The Missing Link

This is one of the most crucial steps—and the most overlooked.
Minerals are not optional; they’re essential. Sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium function as electrolytes—charged minerals that enable your cells to conduct electrical impulses.

This electrical conductivity is how your body absorbs and integrates the energy from the EESystem. Without enough minerals, energy flow is impaired.

Detox = mineral loss. Salt baths are powerful detoxifiers, but they also pull minerals from your body. If you don’t replenish them, it can leave you feeling depleted or unbalanced.

How to Rebuild Your Mineral Reserves:

  • Magnesium Foot Soak: Ideally, do one within 24 hours after your detox bath (see detailed instructions on the Preparing page).
  • Potassium: Include mineral-rich foods like avocados, coconut water, sweet potatoes, leafy greens, and tomatoes.
(Note: If you have kidney issues, consult your healthcare provider about potassium intake.)
  • DIY Electrolyte Drink: Mix 8–12 oz filtered water with a generous squeeze of lemon, a pinch of potassium citrate, and a big pinch of Redmond or Celtic salt (for trace minerals).

Bottom line: Minerals are the bridge between the EESystem and your body’s ability to use its energy. Don’t skip this step.

4. Support Elimination

Daily bowel movements are essential to release toxins. Constipation can intensify detox symptoms.

5. Stimulate Lymphatic Flow

Your lymph system doesn’t have a pump—it needs movement and hydration.

Effective methods:

  • Vibration plate
  • Rebounding (mini-trampoline)
  • Brisk walking
  • Dry brushing

Possible Detox Symptoms

You may feel deeply relaxed after your session. Some guests experience mild detox symptoms, especially if their elimination pathways are sluggish. Others feel nothing at all.

Temporary symptoms may include:

  • Headaches
  • Fatigue
  • Aches
  • Digestive changes
  • Sweating
  • Emotional releases
  • Mild flu-like symptoms
