- Avoid same-day caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals.
- Bring: spill-proof water, comfy clothing; optional blanket, eye mask/ear plugs, headphones.
- Have detox bath supplies ready for later (or grab our $13 pre-mix at the center).
- Arrive scent-free (no perfume/strong oils) and plan to unplug.
During
Relax, recharge, and let your body do the work:
- Quiet room: phones silent; no food in the energy room.
- Get comfortable, then breathe. Many people rest or nap.
- Set a simple intention (e.g., deeper sleep, calmness, healing).
- Stay hydrated (EES charged water available).
After
Support detox and lock in your gains:
- Hydrate again and replenish minerals/electrolytes.
- Do your detox bath the same day (30 minutes).
- Light movement for lymph: gentle walk, stretching, dry brushing, or Roll Shaper.
- It’s normal to feel sleepy, vivid dreams, or emotional release—rest and observe.
