Aftercare: How To Get The Most Out Of Your EESession

  • Your session is not considered complete until you’ve done the detox bath and  remineralized your body. Carefully review and follow these important steps in order to maximize the success and  value you receive each time.
    1. Hydrate: Drink a glass of water immediately after your session. Additional  hydration all day, every day, is key to your health and to detoxification. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day. You want to keep your blood very  fluid in order to remove the toxins and allow the energy to flow properly. Abstain  from alcohol for 24 hours.
    2. Detox Bath*: During your session, your body will start a powerful detoxification  process. It is necessary to move these toxins out by taking a detox bath, in the  comfort of your home, on the same day as your session. The skin is the body’s  largest organ of elimination. The bath helps relieve stress on the kidneys and  liver. If you fail to aid the body in expelling the toxins released during the session,  they may be reabsorbed.

*The full body bath is the ideal choice, but for those who lack access to a full bathtub or  have accessibility issues we offer 2 alternatives at the center: Infrared sauna and  IonCleanse foot baths. Alternately, but the least effective of the options, You may do a  foot bath on 3 consecutive days. Use 1/2 the recommended amount of ingredients and  soak your feet in a tall container like a bucket or wastebasket to submerge more of your  legs. In addition, it would be very beneficial to also do a sea salt scrub while in the  shower.

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 cups of baking soda
    • 2 cups of Himalayan, Kosher or Sea salt (NOT iodized salt or Epsom salts)  • 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax*(removes the radiation)

*Borax is a naturally mined mineral compound made of Sodium, Oxygen and  Boron. If you’re curious as to why it’s currently only sold as a laundry booster,  look up “The Borax Conspiracy”.

  • Optional additions:
    • 2 TBSP: Hypercharged EESalt(available from the EESystem.com website)
    • 1 cup of organic apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 Cup of Bentonite Clay Powder
    • 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide, 3% strength
    • 1 cup of unflavored vodka (helps open pores in skin)

    Instruction:

    1. Begin to fill the tub with the hottest water that is comfortable.
    2. As the tub is filling up, add the ingredients.
    3. Manually stir the water until the ingredients dissolve.
    4. Soak for a minimum of 30 minutes, longer is more beneficial.
    5. If your bathtub is too small to fully submerge your body, soak a towel in the hot water and drape it across your chest.
    6. Scrub while in the bath. This helps open up the pores to release more toxins. 7. Have a glass of cold water at your disposal and drink as you feel the need while soaking.

It is suggested to take a detox bath after EVERY session. Continue to do this weekly or  more frequently to continue expelling toxins and radiation from your body.

    1. Replace minerals: While salt baths can help detoxify the body, they may also  cause the loss of essential minerals. Replenishing magnesium, potassium and  trace minerals is crucial to support the body’s detoxification process and overall  function. Failing to replace these minerals soon after the bath may leave you  feeling out of sorts.
    • DIY Hydrating Electrolyte Drink: Ditch the sugary sports drinks and instead  make this mineral rich refresher. Combine 8-12 ounces of filtered water with a  generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice(to balance PH), a pinch of potassium  citrate powder, and a big pinch of Redmond or Celtic salt(rich in trace minerals).
    • Magnesium: Apply 8-10 sprays of magnesium oil or lotion to your joints or the  soles of your feet right after the bath or before bedtime. This is the optimal way to  absorb magnesium. If taking an oral magnesium supplement, look for one that  contains all 7 forms of magnesium to ensure proper absorption and utilization by  the body
    • Tip: Good dietary sources of potassium include organic, unsweetened coconut  water, avocados, sweet potatoes, dark leafy greens, and tomatoes(If you have  kidney disease or lowered kidney function, your healthcare provider may  recommend limiting potassium).
    1. Regular bowel movements – Aim to have at least one per day. Waking up and  having a glass of water, followed by a bowel movement within 20 minutes, is a  sign of a healthy digestive system that is effectively eliminating waste from the  body. However, if it takes longer than 20 minutes or requires a cup of coffee to  have a bowel movement, even if one occurs later in the day, this may indicate  constipation. If you are not meeting this, please let us know, as this is easily  addressable. Resolving any issues with your bowel movements is crucial, as  failing to do so could lead to a more intense detox process than necessary.
    2. Lymphatic drainage – The lymphatic system lacks a dedicated pump, so it relies  on physical movement to circulate lymph fluid throughout the body. To encourage  drainage, try using a vibration plate, rebounding on a trampoline, taking a brisk  walk, or dry brushing your skin.

Possible Detox Symptoms: Guests often describe profound relaxation and peaceful feelings during and after their  EESession, but some may experience temporary detox symptoms. The symptoms can  vary widely from person to person. If your detox pathways are clear and open you may  not experience any symptoms at all. Furthermore, with the larger EES systems like the  one at BioRecharge, the detox symptoms tend to be more elegant.
